Let's all be Little Mermaids! Part 1: Make sure you really want it

Red hair is now a hot new trend. But you must carefully consider how red do you want to be before dying or coloring your hair in reddish tones. There is alot to consider beforehand, and since I can call myself experienced in this area, i can give a few advices and examples. I want to start series of posts about choosing the right red hair tone, dying it at home, maintaining it and etc... Being red-hot chicka is amazing, but you need to make sure it is for you. I've seen girls ruining their hair, being unhappy and miserable because of the snap decision to go red. Let's not let this happen to you! Anyone can wear some shade of red! The key is to learn which works best for you. So if you decided to go red - go and check out my post series where i explain which colours work on you , there's little theory and lots of examples with pictures, i am sure that in this case you'd find it helpful and may learn something new about basic colouring. Find out if the red hair is f...

HOT trend: Little Mermaid Hair.

Ok, I don't want to take credit for inventing the red hair trend, but... I had it before it was this cool! My hair was always reddish. I was blonde, black etc... but it always had some red hue in it. And now, after all the experiments with my hair, and huge collection of every possible red tone clip-in hair extensions, that i've heaped up in the past years, cause my hair colour was changing every month, i found perfect red tone for me and staying put with it. I love red hair. It is 100% me! I enjoy being the center of attention, and enjoy getting compliments on my hair.. and overall.... *ego explodes* But in the last couple of weeks, i keep seing more and MORE women with red hair. It is officialy becoming a trend. They are everywhere, it is literally becoming the new blonde. Red hair is insanely flattering, when you find right shade for you. Who started all this hype? I always blame Rihanna. Then there was rise of a few redheaded actresses such as Christina Hendricks, Amy...

Off topic - We should stop teaching little girls this nonsense!!!

There's a kindergarten literally in my yard, i can hear and see everything that little kids do or say, whether i want it or not. They sometimes kinda make me mad, by taking children out to play at like 10a.m. when i am still in my deepest sleep phase and their playful yelling and chattering makes me wake up all grungy, but most of the time i love that i can see kids playing and having a great time. What pisses me off is the adults - the kindergarten teachers. I still cannot believe what i heard today! It was the exact phrase from the movie ''He's Just Not That Into You''. I thought this kind of nonsense stopped like ten years ago and women want little girls to grow up smarter than that. So let me paint the picture for you: I did not saw what happened prior that, but it's quite obvious that one little boy did something mean to this little girl who ran to her teacher all sad and chocked up. I believe he either pushed her, or said something mean to her.. ...

Finding and modifying boots for skiny calved girls

I'm tiny. Well in some areas atleast. I have skinny wrists (that's why i basically can't wear my beloved bangles, unless they are sixed xs) and skinny calves. I look well proportioned and everything, but in these areas i do not qualify for standard sizings. I am not anorexic or anything, i am just... like that. Think Eva Longoria - petite. So, I have problems when it comes to buying boots. Recently i've bought this gorgeous pair of boots, it fits perfectly except for the calf part. Right below then knee, you can see how they are loose. I would see some girls also having the same problem, but what you gonna do about it?? If you are brave enough to trust your boots to cobbler/shoemaker, you can do so, depending on what material the shoes are made of (leather, suede etc...)  he can take them in. But I would be very cautious about the qualification of the cobbler dude. There is a high possibility of ruining shoes if done wrong... There are brands/shops that make custom ...

Off topic - relationships! I am sure i am not the only one!?

I have huge fear - i am affraid to appear too clingy. I am not affraid to show my affection to someone, but i don't ever want to be the one, who takes the first step. The first step not necceserily means going to a guy i like and expressing this to him, but i hate being the one, who texts or e-mails first. God forbid be the one who asks a GUY out. I could know, that this particular guy REALLY likes me, and i won't be turned down, i still hate taking the first step. Do you have the same feeling? Like, i want to talk to someone, but i have this ugly feeling in my stomach, that maybe he is busy and i'll be bothering him and he won't, say, text back and then i feel that i lost my... quality? my secrecy.. i don't even know how to put it, but i am sure you all understand it. This especialy is a big problem in the beggining of love affairs. How do i let a guy know that i like him? (This is rethorical question) So let's call my complex A Princess complex, because i fe...

8th folder 8th picture & 12 questions TAG!!!

One of my most amazing fellow blogger friends - Irene from Lovely Violet tagged me to do this fun questionairre and find the 8th picture of the 8th folder of my photos folder! This is so much fun! So let's start. I actullay don't keep ANY photos on my PC anymore, after having a few accidents, so i keep everything in CD's. So i found the 8th CD and 8th picture from it LOL. I wasn't happy that i had to put up picture from my most .. erm... teenage days... Here i am circa 16 y.o. and at this time i was so full of myself and very mean girl to my peers. I didn't bully anyone or anything i was just... up in the sky and looking down on everyone. I see girls now like me then and i just roll my eyes and remeber how i was at this age. I mean look at my posture and amount of makeup lol. Yeah....Me and my BFF used to do "photoshoots" like this almost every week, so practically all my CD's are full of photos like this lol. I am VERY happy that i understood how...

Operation: Prom Dress. Part 1 - HELP!

This is my last year in high school. I kinda have mixed feelings about it but that's not the point... The thing is i am having a senior prom after the finals (duh). I don't exactly know the correct date but it's supposed to be in the middle of july. I know... i still have like...2 months... No need to panic. But after chatting with some of my girlfirends from school i found out that most of them allready has their dresses! Yikes! I didn't even started looking. I have no idea what i want and what type of dress would look good on me. The weirdest thing is that i have ONLY ONE DRESS in my closet, and it is simple classic LBD. I don't really like wearing dresses, makes me feel too vulnerabale, since i am like an inch tall, at least when i am in pants i know i can kick someone if needed lol. So i haven't gone to the stores to check out the dresses, but i did some research online. I wanted to figure out which actresses has simmilar body type as me, so i could check...
